A bedroom fit for a super hero

Last weekend, my son got a new big-boy room! We have been needing to move him from his toddler bed to a bigger bed for a while, and the room he was in didn't have much space. We moved him to a new room and decorated it in a super hero theme, which turned out to be a lot of fun.
One of my favorite things about his new room are the pictures above his bed. I ordered them from Etsy.com from a man who prints the characters on pages of a French dictionary. I got the frames for half price at Hobby Lobby.
I also got the Superman pillow on Etsy. We purchased the big red-framed chalk board at First Monday in Canton, Texas a few years ago. We added a comforter from Target, some new Avengers sheets, and we were done!

Do you decorate your kids' rooms? Did you have characters on your bedsheets when you were a kid?

  1. Love it!

We recently did my kiddo's bedroom in a "surf/beach" theme. It was fun to do!

    1. I think we may enjoy decorating our kids' rooms more than they do. :)

  2. How fun!! I don't have kids BUT when I was a kid, I had My Little Pony sheets. Oh, and Rainbow Brite sheets...my sister and I swapped them out each time they were washed. :)
