My son brought home his first art project from Sunday school today.
It makes this mommy's heart very happy. If you look closely, you can see cookie crumbs mixed in with the paint. That's my boy!
Thank you to all the Sunday school teachers and nursery workers out there. You make a difference in our kids' lives.
How sweet is that! And pride of place on the fridge, too.
ReplyDeleteOur pastor reminded us yesterday how hard the nursery workers work and to encourage them. How cool to see this post.

Awww! So cute. I love when my kids make stuff. I'll echo your thanks because I work in the nursery and know the volunteers love kids and are very patient. Plus, we have lessons in our church too, which I think is great!

ReplyDeletePrecious, Julie! My youngest still brings home her creations from Sunday school. This past week she brought home a bowl hinged to a toilet paper tube and covered with aluminum foil. She didn't quite know what it was for or how it tied into the lesson, but hey, it was pretty special! ;-)
ReplyDeleteVery sweet picture! I love that children are natural artist!
ReplyDeleteI have something for you over at my place!
What a wonderful post! Great artwork!
